Ian Davidoff’s  work for  government in Australia has included strategic policy positions with Federal Treasury, two Prime Ministers as well as with the Infrastructure Division of the Victorian Department of Premier and Cabinet. For two years to 2014, he was the Alternate Executive Director of the International Monetary Fund, based in Washington. Ian Davidoff’s  experience and expertise in  economic, financial and international arenas is exceptional. He is a director of property development and investment company, Citiplan Pty Ltd and completed a Masters in Public Policy at Harvard University as the Frank Knox fellow.

Colleen Pearce is the Victorian Public Advocate, a position she has held since 2007. The Public Advocate’s role is to protect and promote the rights of people with disabilities and address issues of exploitation, abuse and neglect. As Public Advocate, Colleen Pearce has initiated policy and legislative reform and vigorously advanced the interests of some of society’s most disadvantaged members. Her former roles include leading the Community Operations and Victims Support Agency at the Department of Justice and Director of UnitingCare Victoria and Tasmania.

They donate their time and talent to the Boards of Wintringham and Wintringham Housing and join all Directors in steering the companies' strategic directions.
