Information Sharing Scheme
Family Violence and Child Information Sharing Schemes (FVISS & CISS)
Wintringham is a prescribed Information Sharing Entity (ISE) under Part 5a of the Family Violence Protection Act 2008 and Part 6A of the Child Wellbeing and Safety Act 2005.
We must comply with the Child Information Sharing Scheme (CISS) and the Family Violence Information Sharing Scheme (FVISS).
The Information Sharing Schemes allow the sharing of relevant information to assess or manage risk of family violence and to support the safety and wellbeing of children.
If you are an Information Sharing Entity (ISE) or Risk Assessment Entity (RSE) and would like to request information about a Wintringham client, please complete the Information Sharing Request Form and submit it to privacy@wintringham.org.au.
If you would like to provide information to Wintringham, please email the Privacy Officer your contact details, in order to be directed to the relevant program.
