This year didn't call for the usual slip slop slap, it was a case of Splish Splash Splosh at this years' 'Where the Heart Is...Community Festival' held today at the Edinburgh Gardens in Fitzroy. The early morning downpour did not hold back the crowds, nor the smiles. In fact, it was perfect weather for a cup of tea and a Wintringham flipped pancake. Bus loads made their way from all over Melbourne to enjoy the usual delights and services on offer. Free haircuts, massages and live music performances just to name a few.
