Why Work at Wintringham?

Wintringham respects the rights, dignity and options of staff and residents alike. As a social justice company, it matters to us that our workplaces are fair, happy and productive.

When staff were surveyed by national company, Insynch Surveys, we broke their records for levels of satisfaction in a workplace. The Director of the survey company was so impressed he wrote this article: If You Could Work Anywhere At All.

Wintringham staff enjoy above award wages, generous parental leave, flexible workplaces and a host of unusual workplace conditions that promote the cohesion and good spirits of all who join the company. Hard work is acknowledged and rewarded.

Additionally, Wintringham has a long-standing and well-funded committment to on-going training. Our staff are amongst the best qualified in the industry.
