124 splendid units at Kayak Course, Delahey

Delahey

In February 2011, Wintringham Housing was appointed by the Office of Housing to manage 124 splendid units at Kayak Course, Delahey. Delahey is one of Melbourne's newer north-western suburbs, located off the Calder Freeway, just past St Albans.

These units all comprise one bedroom, living area and patio. There are kitchen and laundry facilities in each unit. There is limited car parking available. In addition, the village complex includes a generous community room where recreation activities will be regularly conducted. Indeed, Wintringham has support services on-site as well as a community garden.

All units are beautifully appointed and some are furnished.
