East Bentleigh

Spacious, charming apartments

East Bentleigh

In December 2003, the Office of Housing completed the construction of 20 one-bedroom apartments in Chesterville Road, East Bentleigh. These units are managed by Wintringham Housing.

Built at the same time as the Wintringham Lionsville units in Williamstown, these units are of a similar attractive design. All apartments offer single accommodation to elderly men or women and include a spacious lounge room and kitchen, a large bedroom and an ensuite bathroom; and a private front and back garden.

Handsomely appointed and beautifully landscaped, residents enjoy all the amenities of the area.
