Interesting mixed housing creates a village

Shepparton

On the Alexander Miller Memorial Homes site at 48 Maude St, Shepparton, Wintringham Housing has constructed 36 new independent living units. Thirty-two of the units are one bedroom (approx 50 sqm in size), while 4 units are two bedroom. Integrated in the development is a tenancy and support worker’s office and a community room for use by the residents.

All units are designed to have universal access; they are wheelchair accessible throughout. This is an exceptional development.
