The festive season arrived a little early at Wintringham, with Christmas in July celebrations bringing clients and residents together for a day of fun, food and connection.

Community clients from our North Western and South Eastern Home Support programs enjoyed a festive gathering featuring Christmas trivia, presents, delicious food and plenty of laughter. Many clients embraced the occasion by dressing up, with Margaret crowned Christmas Elf, and Shirley named Christmas Angel! It was Linda and Christine’s lucky day, as they both took home Christmas hampers, while Pat claimed top honours in the trivia challenge.

Residents at our Williamstown home also got into the Christmas spirit, thanks to staff dressing in Christmas colours, festive jazz music filling the dining room and a traditional roast lunch prepared by the Ron Conn catering team.

From shared meals to shared smiles, the celebrations were a reminder that meaningful connections and a sense of belonging can be enjoyed at any time of year.
