Each July, Wintringham comes together to recognise staff who have been part of our organisation for 20 years or more.

This year’s Parliament House lunch was held on Wednesday 15 July, with 40 staff attending the celebration. It was a special opportunity to reflect on the commitment, care and dedication shown by staff, who have spent over two decades supporting our clients.

“To have 56 staff in our 20 Year Brigade, with three more joining by the end of 2026, is something truly special. It says a lot about Wintringham as a place to work, and about the care, commitment and heart our staff bring to work every day,” said Jane Barnes, Wintringham CEO.

“Long-serving staff play an important role in building trusted relationships with clients and ensuring continuity of care across our housing, aged care and community services. Their experience, compassion and commitment continue to make a lasting difference in the lives of the people we support.”

We thank all members of the 20 Year Brigade for their extraordinary contribution to Wintringham and our mission.
