Patrick Walsh

A unit with a view.

Located at 136A Mt Alexander Road Flemington, the Patrick Walsh housing development consists of 13 architecturally designed one-bedroom housing units built in 2018. The units form a mini-high rise village and are located close to public transport.

The housing development is purpose built to allow residents to age-in-place. Each unit has a bedroom and ensuite, open plan kitchen and lounge room, along with laundry and private balcony with vistas over the local neighbourhood or the city. The development also has an outdoor community space that creates a village atmosphere.

The units are named in honour of Patrick Walsh, a long-term resident of Wintringham whose image and memory remains embedded within our organisation.
