City Apartments

in Little Collins Street and in Guildford Lane, Melbourne CBD

Guildford Lane

Conveniently situated in Melbourne’s Central Business District, these apartments are located at two sites: Ebsworth House in Little Collins Street and Guildford Lane, near the Queen Victoria market. Wintringham provides housing support and recreation services to the residents of these apartments, which are owned and managed by Housing Choices Australia.

Ebsworth House provides 24 one-bedroom apartments over three stories above a food court in Little Collins Street between King and William Streets. Designed primarily to provide a housing alternative to the low-cost city hotels which are themselves disappearing, Ebsworth House has a security entrance which ensures that residents enjoy a safe environment.

The Guildford Lane property consists of 16 attractive and affordable apartments close to the intersection of Elizabeth and LaTrobe Streets. Guildford Lane was a part of the City of Melbourne’s Green Your Laneway project in 2018, which saw over 70 pot plants and planter boxes installed.
