Located a short distance from the heart of Hobart’s CBD, the Bathurst Street complex features 25 fully equipped social housing units.
Officially opened by Tasmanian Minister for Housing the Hon. Roger Jaensch MP in February 2021, these homes are suitable for older persons who have experienced or are vulnerable to homelessness. The complex has a mix of 1 and 2 bedroom units, each has a living area, kitchen and bathroom.
Wintringham provides tenancy management and housing support services for these units which are owned by the Tasmanian Government.
