Gilgunya

A charming village in the heart of Coburg.

In 2014, using a generous grant from the Peter and Lyndy White Foundation, Wintringham purchased the Gilgunya Aged Care Village at 23 Harding St Coburg.

The village includes 12 two-bedroom units where people can live independently. The units are spacious and fully self-contained. They are spread across the beautifully landscaped site of Gilgunya which also provides housing and support to 50 residential aged care residents. Bustling Sydney Rd shopping is just up the road.

Applicants for the two-bedroom units are required to complete a housing application per person. Couples are invited to apply, as can friends who want to share a house with each other.
