Co-located with Wallara disability support service, and first opened in 2011, Wintringham's Eunice Seddon Home in Dandenong has been the site of an amazing innovation in enlightened care.  The Wintringham - Wallara partnership has meant that older people who have devoted their lives to caring for children with disabilities now have access to co-located services that will provide accommodation, care and support to both parents and children.

Wallara has made a beautiful video about the first people to benefit from the partnership - Sonia and her daughter Anna-Maria.

Sadly, Sonia recently died. We hope that her passing was made easier knowing that the best possible transition and future provision had been made for her beloved daughter.
