A formal handover of titles for the 17 unit Lionsville older persons’ development in Heathcote was celebrated on Friday 28th October at the Heathcote Bowls Club. The event was well attended including guests from the housing itself, the Bendigo Council CEO and staff, the local Lions club and Wintringham. Wintringham Housing now have full responsibility for the site. All residents have been assured that they are in good hands and their tenancies are secure.
It's great that Wintringham Housing's tenanting priorities and expertise in maintenance and tenancy management are being increasingly recognised around Victoria.
