Wintringham Announcement

The Boards of Wintringham and Wintringham Housing have, on 12 August 2015, elected a new President. Jeff Gole, FREI, was first appointed to the Wintringham Board in 2001 and has been Vice President for five of those years. Jeff has specialised in Victorian property sales and property management for more than 35 years. He is a former President of REIV (Real Estate Institute of Victoria) and currently works with Abercrombys Real Estate Pty Ltd. Jeff's expertise in these arenas has heightened his awareness of the complex issues around housing affordability.

Jeff was elected President by the Boards of Wintringham and Wintringham Housing following the resignation, for work reasons, of immediate past President, Ross Cooke. "Seeing the company in excellent shape, knowing it will continue to pursue its mission to address the scourge of elderly homelessness, means I can leave on a high," Ross Cooke said. "I have enjoyed contributing to Wintringham's success and know Jeff will continue to steer strategy toward socially critical outcomes."

Speaking on behalf of all Directors, Jeff Gole expressed deep gratitude for Ross' seventeen years of service, nine of them as President. "My aim is to build even further on Ross' excellent work," he added.
